Unfortunately, the suppliers do not allow us to reserve products for orders that have not been paid for. If you would like to ensure the product's availability you may want to pay for the product, and we will keep it in stock for you.
Are your product new or re furbished?
For the most part the products are new and will be shipped in the original packaging . However, there are products that might be refurbished, reconditioned, or liquidated, but we will always let our customers know if the products are refurbished in any way.

When will the backorder ship out?
Once the supplier receives more stock of the backordered item the order will be ship.
What can I do to keep my customer satisfied?
The customer will be contacted immediately, and will be informed of the situation, and be provided with other options. You will receive an email if a similar item is available for replacement.
