The orders are shipped by, United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx), or DHL. You can expect your orders to be delivered by any of these carriers. It must be delievered to an actual address. Shipping charges may differ due to carrier rate increases.
If you receive a product that you do not want, you can return it by sending an email to the cameraandphotoproduct.com web store, and we will provide you with a RMA#, via email that you can return the product. All returns are process before you can receive any refund, or exchange. You must have a RMA# to process all returns.

However, in the unlikely event that you do not like your product, you can send it back for a replacement or refund. All products offer warranty for defect, or we will give you a replacement or exchange. We require you to have a RMA autorized number in order to return your products to the supplier.
